Since 2007 the Property Management team at Jordan & Mason have provided an outstanding management service to landlord clients with individual properties to those with larger multiple property portfolios. This well-honed department will complete all of the property management, accounting, marketing and client communication from one branch and will not outsource elements of the work to call centres or other departments. We recognise Landlords want the consistency and accessibility to information in relation to their properties and we are proud that much of our new business is from recommendations from our existing Landlords, from those Tenants who have been tenants with them, or local professionals that recommend their service provided.

Jordan & Mason provide a whole host of residential lettings services for clients who require a Tenant Finding Service to those who require a full management service. We recognise that each landlord is different from those who want to play a key part in the process to those that are many miles away and require us to provide a complete and overarching service. The Jordan & Mason Land & Planning team work collaboratively with chartered planning consultants and architectural firms throughout the city. Working closely with clients, the Jordan & Mason team are able to spearhead a viable and successful development scheme working with other professionals to deliver the best price for the selling client. The Jordan & Mason team will also advise on related matters such as option agreements, overage clauses and other key land issues.
